Place the new roll in the bin with a little extra paper extending over the front.
Be sure the paper unrolls from the bottom of the roll. Otherwise the paper will not be
printed on because the thermal coating will be on the wrong side.
Close the receipt cover.
Remove the excess paper by tearing it against the tear-off blade.
In addition to the tear off-blade, some printers use a knife to cut the receipt.
Press the Paper Feed button on the operator panel to advance the paper.
The cover must be closed. To ensure print quality and the proper alignment of the
paper, advance about 30 cm (12 inches) of paper.
Tear off the excess paper against the tear-off blade.
In addition to the tear off-blade, some printers have a knife that cuts the receipt after
each transaction.
