Lift the head unit
slightly.

Close the cover.
Repack the machine in its original packing carton.
Use the retaining screw stored here.
Lift the knob and secure in place.
Lift the knob until it touches the head unit,
then lift it up slightly more from that point,
and secure it in place at a position where
movement stops. After securing in place,
make sure the head unit is immobilized
