In the display panel messages, the Xs are replaced by appropriate specifi c information
such as the specifi c tray number, toner color, or media size.
Comment
The Ilumina has tried to take paper from
an empty tray.
Load media of size X into tray X. The
message may remain for some time after
you have closed the tray.
You can access help details by pressing
the HELP button.
The Ilumina has tried to take paper from a
tray that has been removed.
Ensure that tray X is correctly located or
put tray X loaded with paper back into the
Ilumina.
Additional paper has been detected after a
paper jam has been cleared.
Open Tray X side cover to check for
additional paper.

Check that the image drum of color X is
correctly installed.
