The following settings are available:
HeaderDigest - Controls the HeaderDigest usage by the iSCSI target portal group endpoint.
DataDigest - Controls DataDigest usage by the iSCSI target portal group (TPG) endpoint.
MaxConnections - Controls the use of multiple connections per session (MC/S).
InitialR2T - By default, R2T is used for unidirectional and the output part of bidirectional commands.
ImmediateData - ImmediateData can be turned on if both the initiator and target have ImmediateData=Yes.
MaxRecvDataSegmentLength - The maximum data segment length in bytes receivable in an iSCSI PDU.
MaxXmitDataSegmentLength - The maximum data segment length that can be sent in an iSCSI PDU.
MaxBurstLength - The maximum SCSI data payload in bytes in a data-In or a solicited data-out iSCSI sequence.
FirstBurstLength - The maximum amount in bytes of unsolicited data an iSCSI initiator can send to the target during
the execution of a single SCSI command.
MaxOutstandingR2T - Number of R2T PDUs that can be in transition before an acknowledge PDU is received.
QueuedCommands - Maximum number of commands queued to any session of this target.
BackStore - File I/O is much faster than block I/O, but carries an increased risk of data corruption. Use a UPS if you use
file I/O.
File I/O Write Sync - Asynchronous writes are faster than synchronous writes, but carry an increased risk of data
corruption. Use a UPS if you enable asynchronous writes.
Thin Provisioning - Method of optimizing utilization of available space.
Write Cache - Buffered data might not be written to disk if WCS is enabled. Use a UPS if you use write caching.
Use with Multiple Computers
If the TeraStation is divided into multiple volumes (or drives), it can be used with multiple computers.

Assigning and formatting in Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows 2000 Server
Launch Disk Management.
If the "Initialize and Convert Disk wizard" is displayed, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the
procedure.
If "Select Disks to initialize" is displayed, select the drive and click Next.
If "Select Disks to convert" is displayed, unselect the drive and click Next.
Right-click the unallocated area, then select New Simple Volume. Next, assign and format the area by following the
instructions on the screen.
Checking Whether iSCSI Volume is Connected from the Client
