No sound • Not turned on
• Dead battery
• Battery door will not close
• Blocked RIE mould or tube
• Blocked wax filter

• Turn on by closing the battery door
• Replace battery
• Insert battery properly
• Clean RIE mould or tube
• Replace wax filter or consult
your hearing care professional
