QoS - Quality of Service

QoS helps you to control the data upload traffic of each application from LAN (Ethernet) to WAN
(Internet). It facilitates you the features to control the quality and speed of throughput for each
application when the system is running with full upstream load.
QoS Enable: Check to activate QoS function and the following field will be available.
Note: You can enable QoS function in WAN Configuration pages by checking "Enable
Quality of Service." check box (refer to Layer2 Interface section).
Select Default DSCP Mark: Select the default DSCP mark from the listbox. Differentiated
Services Code Point (DSCP) is the first 6 bits in the ToS byte. DSCP Mark allows users to classify
the traffic of the application to be executed according to the DSCP value.
Click Apply/Save to confirm the settings.
