Jam Cycle
Ingredients
strawberries
raspberries
redcurrants
lemon juice
jam sugar with pectin
butter
1 Remove the bread pan from the machine and fit the kneader. Halve the strawberries if
large and place in the bread pan with the raspberries and redcurrants. Add the lemon
juice.
2 Insert and lock the bread pan into the bread machine. Close the lid and select program
SPECIALITY Jam. Set a separate timer for 15 minutes.
3 After 15 minutes gradually add the sugar to the bread pan. Add the butter.
4 At the end of the cycle, turn off and then remove the bread pan using oven gloves.
Carefully pour the jam into a sterilised jar, seal and label.
