Basic White
Ingredients
water
olive oil
unbleached white bread flour
skimmed milk powder
salt
sugar
easy blend dried yeast
pumpkin, sunflower seeds
poppy and lightly toasted sesame seeds
1 If making the large loaf, add the seeds when the machine makes an audible sound
during the kneading cycle. If making the regular loaf add the seeds after 28 minutes
when the time remaining reads 2:17.

clear honey
rye flour

butter
easy blend dried yeast
chopped fresh dill or thyme
chopped fresh parsley
snipped fresh chives
1 Pour the buttermilk, water, lemon juice and honey together into the bread pan.
2 Add the fresh herbs when the machine makes an audible sound during the kneading
cycle.
