After connecting this machine to a Macintosh computer, it can be used as a
printer by selecting it in Print & Fax as the printer to be used.

On the Apple menu, select "System Preferences".

Click the "Print & Fax" icon.

On the "Print & Fax" screen, click the [+] button.
"Printer Browser" will appear and the printers connected are detected.
– If no printers are detected, turn off this machine, then on again.
– When turning off the power, then on again, wait at least 10 seconds
before turning it on again. Otherwise, this machine may not function
properly.

If this machine appears as a printer for AppleTalk connection, select
"Select a driver to use..." in "Print Using", select "GENERIC 36BW-
3/28BW-3/22BW-3 PS" from the list, and then click the [Add] button.
– You can check the printer name from AppleTalk Configuration in
Web Connection. For details, refer to "Printing with Macintosh" on
page 4-34.
– If the selected printer is registered in "Print & Fax", this completes
the setting procedure.
– To use another connection method, select that applicable
connection method on "Printer Browser" and go to step 5.
