Achieving your Fitness Goals

Each of us are individuals with possibly different fitness goals. It is critical to
determine what your goals are when deleloping a long term fitness program.

be used to record your progress. You can track Distance, Calories or Time. Time

reward yourself when initiating a new exercise program because you're
attempting to break current patterns and form a new habit. Whether you use this

To strengthen my heart by exercising 30 minutes three days a week.
