Preventive Maintenance Checklist

✓ Drain tank completely.
Remove recycle cotton filters and clean (replace if necessary).
✓
Remove wire basket filter and clean.
✓
✓ Rinse out tanks.
✓ Check Pickup tube for obstruction.
Wipe down exterior surfaces.
✓
Clean caster wheels.
✓
Inspect pads & brushes for wear (Replace if necessary).
✓
✓ Clean squeegee and pick up area.
✓ Inspect Pickup hose (replace if necessary).
Lubricate hinges.
✓
Clean gaskets, vacuum motor and tank inlet.
✓
Check float switches and recycle pump operation.
✓
✓ Inspect emergency stop switch lamp (replace if necessary).
✓ Inspect yellow warning light (replace if necessary).
Inspect and test rear Touch Shield zone.
✓
Inspect and test Front Touch Shield zone.
✓
Inspect Battery Box ball bearings; lubricate if needed
✓
✓ Apply grease to the Squeegee Pivot Bracket.
✓ Check Pager operation; replace batteries if needed.
