Troubleshooting

Displayed Messages

Robot diagnostics can cause various error messages to appear on the display panel. This section provides information on
faults and possible solutions.

No Power On

Cause #1: Battery not charged.
Solution: Check battery voltage, recharge or repair if necessary.
Cause #2: Battery pack not engaged.
Solution: Push battery pack into place.
Cause #3: Charger plugged into robot.
Solution: Unplug charger.

Leaving Water

Cause #1: Water valve out of adjustment.
Solution: In system settings menu, adjust water valve setting default and/or replace defective water valve.
Cause #2: Clogged hose.
Solution: Remove hose from squeegee and clean.
Cause #3: Poor vacuum.
Solution: Check for a good seal on top cover; clean as needed.

Not Cleaning Floor Surface

Cause #1: Brush motor(s) not spinning.
Solution: Reset circuit breaker; and/or replace defective brush head solenoid; and/or have defective brush head motor.

Robot Pulling to One Side in Manual Mode

Cause #1: Mechanical drag.
Solution: Check casters for binding; clean as necessary.
Cause #2: Drive Subsystem.
Solution: Replace fuses F5 and/or F3.

Navigation Issues

Cause #1: Sonar faulty.
Solution: Perform sonar diagnostics; clean sonar.
Cause #2: Mechanical drag.
Solution: Inspect and replace any pads, brushes and casters as needed.
