Check where the paper is jammed..

·If the leading edge of the jammed paper is visible, gently pull it out
being careful not to tear it.

The toner is not yet fixed to the paper in this area; take care not to
dirty yourself or the inside of the printer area.

Lower the plastic cover andgehtly remove any jammed paper from
the unit by pulling it forward.
