UNPACKING YOUR FAX
Removing Shipping Materials
Before setting up your fax, be sure to remove all shipping materials
as described below:

Remove the shipping tapes from the printer door and rear cover, and
peel off the protective clear plastic sheet from the LCD.

Remove the soft styrofoam sheet from inside the operation panel.

Remove the shipping tapes and cardboard protector from inside the
paper cassette.

Replaceable Parts
The only component of the fax that should need regular service or
replacement is the FX3 toner cartridge.
