1-8. The LCD now asks you to enter the fax number that is appeared on other fax machines' displays or
printouts. The fax industry term for this number is Subscriber ID.

1-9. Use the numeric keypad to enter the fax number. The number may contain up to 20 characters
(numbers and dashes).
Note: If you make a mistake, press CANCEL to erase to the left.
To change just one number, press ! to move left, or " to move right. Press CANCEL to erase the
number. Then re-enter the fax number correctly.
1-10. Press ENTER to save the number and continue.
1-11. The LCD now asks you to enter the name you want to appear at the top of faxes you send. You can
enter three of TTI. The name may be up to 22 characters in length.

1-13. Press ENTER to save the setting and continue.
1-14. The LCD now asks you to enter the type of dialing needed for the fax machine, either tone or pulse:

1-16. The LCD now shows the machine's reception mode.

1-17. Select Fax reception mode, then press ENTER to save the setting and continue.
1-18. The LCD now asks you to enter the time for the sleep mode. Your machine will automatically enter
sleep mode after your selected idle time has elapsed.
