Playback of messages

The

indicator on the base unit will show the number of new messages in

the memory, one fl ash for one message, two fl ashes for two messages etc.

1. Press

to start playback. The voice will announce how many messages you

have.

2. After each message the day/time stamp will state the day and time the

message was received.

3. After playback you will hear "End of messages".

4. To delete individual messages, press the C button after the message has

played .

Please Note: It is recommended that old messages are deleted to avoid fi lling up the memory.

The following functions are available during playback:

Erase all messages

Deletion of all messages is only possible after playback:

Press and hold C until you hear a short beep and an announcement.

The answering machine

Function

Repeat/skip to previous.

Skip to next message.

Stop playback.

To erase the current message, hold down until you hear a beep.

Increase or decrease the volume.

Playback and pause during playback (max. 60 seconds).

Press

again to continue.
