Turn the transcever power OFF
when connectng the HM-168.
NEVER mmerse the connector n water. If the connector becomes
wet, be sure to dry t BEFORE attachng t to the transcever.
NOTE: The mcrophone s located as shown n the dagram
above. To maxmze the readablty of your transmtted sgnal
(voce), hold the mcrophone approx. 5 to 10 cm from your
mouth, and speak n a normal voce level.
