MAKE SURE

dust or water wll result n serous damage to the transcever.

the transcever out of chldren's reach.

navgaton compass.

OPERATING NOTES

• When transmttng wth a portable transcever, hold the transcever n a
vertcal poston wth ts mcrophone 5 to 10 cm away from your mouth.
Keep the antenna at least 2.5 cm from your head and body.
• If you wear a portable two-way transcever on your body, ensure that
the antenna s at least 2.5 cm from your body when transmttng.
