1. Install the (4) casters by inserting stems throught the four perimeter holes in
dolly legs. Put on a 5/16" lock nut on each caster stem and tighten with a wrench.
2. Measure, center punch and drill a 1/4" hole in the center of drum bottom.
3. First put metal washer, then felt washer on the 1/4"- 20 carriage bolt. Insert
bolt into the drilled hole from INSIDE the drum. Slip nylon spacer over bolt so
that it is on the outside of drum against the bottom. Put caster plate over the bolt
and tighten with 1/4"- 20 lock nut as shown in photo. This allows the felt washer
to seal the hole in the drum. It is very important for your unit's performance that
there are no air leaks.

1. Apply gasket around the inlet hole

in the drum lid, making sure that the
gasket goes inside the bolt holes and
around the inlet hole. An air tight seal
is extremely important for good dust
collection. Make sure ends of gasket
butt together and there are no gaps.
2. Turn cyclone upside-down and

place it on the floor or other flat
surface. Turn drum lid over and
align bolt holes in lid with bolt holes
in cyclone base. Put bolt through
washer, then put bolt and washer
through lid from the underside of lid
and attach with whiz nut. Tighten nut
and repeat with all six bolts. Thor-
oughly tighten hardware to eliminate
air leaks.
