4. To reset the interlock switch and clear the paper jam message, open and close the back door.
5. Reload the document in the duplex automatic document feeder, then adjust the guides against the
edges of the paper.
Clearing Paper Jams from the Bypass Tray
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
1. Remove any paper from the bypass tray.
