Field Stripping / Receiver Disassembly (continued from page 17)
FIRST: Remove air supply before any disassembly:
Unload marker, remove the air supply as outlined on page

16 and put the marker in the uncocked position before

beginning to field strip it. To uncock the marker, hold the bolt
cocking handle back - then pull the trigger and release handle

forward which will uncock the marker.

To remove drive assembly - front bolt, power tube, valve,
I
rear bolt, linkage arm, drive pin guide, drive spring and end
S
cap (or collapsible stock):
H
1) Screw velocity screw in past receiver.
2) Remove last push pin (#4) holding end cap (or collapsible
stock) in place.
3) Pull end cap (or collapsible stock) out and tilt marker up,
drive assembly parts should slide out the back.
To reinstall drive assembly parts and lower receiver:
1) Clean inside upper receiver and removed parts.
2) Insert valve into power tube with receiver gas line plug
cutout aligned down to match power tube cutout. Insert
Tombstone adapter to check fit.
3) Insert reassembled parts - front bolt, power tube/valve,
rear bolt with linkage arm facing up, until Tombstone adapter
can be inserted, push pin (#1) replaced and velocity screw
can be accessed. You may need to jiggle marker while sliding
parts in.
4) Insert drive spring and drive pin, end cap (or collapsible
stock) and replace upper end cap pin (#4).
5) Reinstall trigger group into grip, insert safety, then
reconnect lower to upper receiver as follows.

first put a couple drops of gun oil

onto 90
fitting o-ring in lower receiver.
Line up lower receiver front push pin holes with upper
receiver holes then gently rock rear of grip until you can
insert two lower receiver push pins (#2 & #3) to attach.
NOTE: It is only necessary to disassemble upper receiver
halves to access the ball latch, front grip nut, cocking handle,
cocking handle spring, Tombstone latch and Tombstone latch
spring (plus flow connector fitting on A-5

Markers). To reassemble upper receiver follow detailed
instructions on page 20.

FIRST: Remove air supply before any disassembly:
Unload marker, remove the air supply as outlined on page
16 and put the marker in the uncocked position before

forward which will uncock the marker.
Remove banjo fitting bolt from upper receiver (On A-5

Markers - Remove flow control adjustor
fitting and banjo "T" fitting bolt from upper receiver - see
schematic page 12). Remove Cyclone
left front side of upper receiver and remove feed system. To
install reverse the process.
Remote Coil Connecting and Disconnecting
WARNING
NEVER INSTALL PRESSURIZED AIR TO MARKER WITHOUT
TOMBSTONE PUSH PIN INSTALLED AND TOMBSTONE
LATCH HOLDING TOMBSTONE IN PLACE.
1) Remove air supply from marker Remote Coil as outlined
on page 16. Never disassemble a marker or remove a remote
coil that is under pressure.
2) Check that Tombstone
Push Pin is installed.
3) Check that
Tombstone Latch is set.
4) Check that
Gas Line Adapter
and nipple fitting
are secure.
5) Pull Remote Coil fitting
Locking Ring down
to install or remove.
6) With the Locking Ring held
down, push coil fitting onto nipple
and release ring to lock.
Pull on it to be sure it has locked properly.
