InterSite WebScale Management Console
The InterSite WebScale Management Console provides a graphical interface for WebScale
management tasks. Based in part on technology from Valence Research, Inc., WebScale
provides features that allow you to:

Configure and manage remote and local clusters.
u
Configure and schedule remote and local nodes.
u
Launch replication services interactively.

Help delivered with the product.
Intergraph Customer Support
Intergraph Computer Systems offers an assortment of customer support options, described
later in this section. If you encounter problems setting up and configuring WebScale,
consult the online WebScale User's Guide and product Help first. If you cannot solve the
problem, you can contact Intergraph Computer Systems for help.
Before You Contact Intergraph
To get the answers you need quickly, have the following information available before you
call:

Type of router(s) used, if any.
u
Computer's serial number.
u
Cluster name.
u
Final license key.
u
Internet Protocol (IP) address for the cluster.
u
Number of nodes in cluster.
u
Dedicated IP addresses for each node in the cluster.
