From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
Select "System Programming".
Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "DID / DNIS Table" is displayed.
Select "DID / DNIS Table".
Select an Index Number (001 - 100).
Enter the DID telephone number.
Press "Confirm".
Enter the name to be associated with the number.
Press Confirm.
Select the option "Day Mode", "Night Mode" or "Day and Night Mode".
Select the required option of "Extension", "Group", "Auto-Attendant" or "Courtesy Service".
Note: When selecting "Extension", only one extension can be selected. If more than one extension is required,
then a group would have to be programmed with the required extensions in the group.
SIP Trunks service provider has to be able to activate this feature.
SIP Trunks should be programmed on the broadband module before SIP Called Number Routing is programmed.
To Program Lines to be Answered by the System Voice Mailbox
1. From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
3. Select "System Programming".
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
5. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Voice Box" is displayed.
6. Select "System Voice Box".
7. Select the lines to be answered by the System Voice mailbox. The lines that will be answered are indicated
by a "♦".
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
NOTE: If the switch is equipped with a T1/E1 PRI Module and it is programmed as T1 (RBS) the T1 channels
are shown as Line 1 – Line 24. Any equipped CO Lines are shown as Line 25- Line 28
NOTE: If the switch is equipped with a T1/E1 PRI Module programmed as PRI (ISDN) the full PRI access is
presented as "PRI" on the Line menu. Individual B channels cannot be programmed. Any additional CO
Programming a T1/E1 PRI Module as T1 (RBS), T1 PRI (ISDN) or E1 PRI (ISDN)
When a T1/E1 PRI Module is installed it is automatically set as a T1 (RBS) interface with 24 E&M wink start
channels. This programming can be changed to be T1 or E1 PRI (ISDN).
To change the type of Interface from (RBS) to (PRI):
1. From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
2. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
3. Select "System Programming".
4. Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
5. Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "T1 (RBS) or PRI (ISDN)" is displayed.
6. Select the required option.
7. The default is that T1 (RBS) is set. A solid diamond indicates the option selected.
A reset will automatically be done after changing from one option to another.
