• Set the AUDIO OUTPUT SELECTOR according to desired position.

(L) POSITION: The left channel sound (L) is heard from both speakers.
(ST) POSITION:The left channel sound (L) is heard from the left speaker and the right channel sound (R) is
heard from the right speaker.
(R) POSITION: The right channel sound (R) is heard from both speakers.
1. Insert tape to be played.
2. Press PLAY(X2) button to begin playback.
NOTES:
• If (ST) POSITION is selected while playing a prerecorded SAP. BILINGUAL audio program, the primary
language (L) and the secondary language (R) will be heard simultaneously.
For SAP. BILINGUAL playback do not use (ST) position. Select the Right (R) position.
• If the VCR is connected to the TV through the 75 ohm Coaxial cable, the audio portion of a stereo or
SAP.BILINGUAL prerecorded tape will be heard in MONO. Use the AUDIO OUTPUT SELECT switch to
select the desired position when playing back a SAP. BILINGUAL tape. For stereo or SAP. BILINGUAL
playback use the connections given on STEREO PLAYBACK.
