Auto Disconnect
Auto Disconnectstopsthe unit from playingthe greeting or recordingwhen you pick
up the phone and answer the call. If the greetingor recordingdoescontinue to play
after answering,pressthe PLAY/STOP b utton.
If you would liketo screenthe call, allow the systemto answer beforepicking up the
phone.
Playing Messages
Usethe PLAY/STOP button to play messages. T he unit first plays new messages
in the order received.If there are no messages,the unit announces,"Youhave no
messages."If there are no new messages,the old messagesare played back.
Whenplaying messages,the messagenumber and the date-time stamp will be
shown on the display.
• Toplay messages,pressand releasethe PLAWSTOP button.
• To stop playback,pressand releasethe PLAWSTOP button again.
• To restart the messagethat is playing,pressand hold the REPEAT b utton until the
messagerestarts.
Whileplaying message,user can pressthe HESSAGE SPEED button to listen to
messageplaybackat a slowerspeed.
Pressthe HESSAGE S PEED button again to change back to normal playbackspeed.
Thescreendisplaysthe selectionmessage.
• Toreplaythe previousmessage,press and releasethe REPEAT b utton.
• Toplaythe SKIPmessage,pressand releasethe SKIPbutton.
