Receiving and Storing Calls
Theunit receivesand displaysinformation transmitted byyour local phone company.
Thisinformation can includethe phone number,date, and time; or the name,phone
number,date, and time. Whenthe CallerID memory isfull, a new call automatically
replacesthe oldest call in memory.NEW appearsin the display for calls receivedthat
have not been reviewed.
Reviewing Call Records
Useeither the REPEAT o r SKIPbutton to review your CallerID records.Theunit
announces,"PressSKIPor REPEAT to review Caller ID. PressSTOP to quit."
• Pressthe REPEAT b utton to scroll through the call recordsfrom the most recent to
the oldest.
• Press the SKIPbutton to scrollthrough the call recordsfrom the oldestto the newest.
• Whenall of the messageshave been viewed,the screendisplaysEND OFLIST.
• If there are new calls,they will be displayedfirst.
• If there are only old calls,all the calls will be reviewed.
Erasing Caller ID Info
Youcan erasea CallerID record, leavingany associatedmessage.
• Whilethe call info is displayed,pressand releasethe DELETE button.The unit
erasesthe current CallerID info and the next record isdisplayed.
Youcan also eraseall CallerID records,leavingany associated message.
• Pressthe REPEAT b utton when reviewing the first CallerID record;the screen
displaysSTART OFLIST.Thenpressthe DELETE button, and the screendisplays
ERASEALL CALLS?. P ress the DELETE button again to eraseall CallerID records.
