the Incoming

Length
Thissetting allows you to set the maximum length of time allowedfor a single
incoming message.Youcan choosefrom 1-8 minutes.
1. If you just adjusted the LocalAreaCodemenu, skip to Step2. If you haven't
adjusted any other setting, pressand releasethe MENUbutton until the screen
displaysMESSAGE L ENGTH.
2. Usethe SKIPor REPEAT b utton for the desiredsetting.
3. Whenfinished,pressthe MENUbutton to confirm.The unit beeps.
NOTE:To skip to the next setting, press the MENUbutton. To exit setup,
press the FLASH/EXITbutton.
Setting the Recording Quolity
Thissetting allows you to set the recordingquality between standard (STD) and long
play (LONG). Longplay will give more recordingtime (approx.25 min.)than standard
(15min.).
1. If youjust adjusted the RemoteAccessmenu, skip to step 2. If you haven't adjusted
any other setting, pressand releasethe MENUbutton until the screen displays
REC:_,STDLONG.
2. Usethe SKIPor REPEATbutton or select the desired setting.
3. Press the HENUbutton to confirm setting and go to next setting.

Thissetting allows you to set the number of rings beforethe unit answersa call. You
can choosefrom 2-8 or TollSaver(see"TollSaver.")
1. If you just adjusted the RecordingQuality menu, skipto Step2.If you haven't
adjusted any other setting, pressand releasethe MENUbutton until the screen
displaysSETRINGSTOANS".
