Auto Disconnect Auto Disconnect stops the unit from playing the greeting or recording when you pick up the phone and answer the call. If the greeting or recording does continue to play after answering, press the PLAY/STOP button. If you would like to screen the call, allow the system to answer before picking up the phone. -

Erase Messages Single Messages You can erase a message itself, leaving the Caller ID information. • While the message is playing, press and release the DELETE button.
