CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE
■ Antenna
A key element n the performance of any communcaton sys-
tem s an antenna. Contact your dealer about antennas and
the best places to mount them.
■ Fuse replacement
A fuse s nstalled n the suppled DC power cable. If a fuse
blows or the transcever stops functonng, track down the
source of the problem f possble, and replace the damaged
fuse wth a new rated one.
❑ Fuse ratng: 10 A
■ Cleaning
If the transcever becomes dusty or drty, wpe t clean wth a
soft, dry cloth.
AVOID the use of solvents such as benzene or al-
cohol, as they may damage the transcever sur-
faces.
