Removing the Driver
To uninstall the QLA4010.SYS driver, power down your computer and remove the
QLA4010/4010C HBA from your computer according to the manufacturer's
instructions.

You do not have to use the Device Manager or the Hardware Wizard to
uninstall the QLA4010/4010C HBA. After you have removed the
