Dual Rate Test Screen

This is the screen that allows the operator to control the
dual rate flow test. It has a menu across the bottom of
the screen that changes to reflect the progress of the
test.

Dual Rate Test Screen (Prime Mode)

When the screen is first displayed the operator is
prompted to prime the channel. This is essential to

ensure that the measuring circuit is filled with fluid.

This prompt stays on the screen while there is any air in
the measuring circuit. Pressing ENTER while this
prompt displays PRIME will not have any effect. As
the circuit is primed the prompt changes to START.
There may be some flickering between PRIME and

START as bubbles percolate through the system.

Status
This invokes the STATUS ALL CHANNELS screen.
ESC
Selecting ESC or pressing ESC on the external
keyboard takes the operator back to the CHANNEL
SETUP menu.

Dual Rate Test Screen (Start Mode)

When the measuring circuit is primed successfully the
screen advances to the Start Mode.

Pressing ENTER on this option puts the IDA-4 Plus

into AutoSTART mode. The prompt will flash until the
instrument detects that the fluid is flowing, then start
the test.

When the channel is primed this option is displayed and

enabled. Pressing ENTER while this item is selected
starts the test and advances to the Measuring Mode.
