Setup Menu
PASSWORD SETUP
This item is used for the parental control and disc lock.
Enter your six digit password when a hint is dispbyed on
the screen.
Preference Setup menu
There are options included in this menu such as
"AUDIO", "SUBTITLE", "DISC MENU", "PARENTAL",
"DEFAULT" and "NP3/JPEG NAV".
1 Press SETUP to enter the setup menu.
2 Press 4 • to choose the PASSWORD icon _.
3 Press • to highlight "PASSWORD".
4 Press • to highlight "CHANGE".
5 Press ENTER/OK to open the Password Change Page.
6 Press • to repeatedly until the player prompt you to
enter" the old password.
7 Enter the current 6 digit code.
8 If successful, the player will prompt for a new one.
9 After that, enter'the new password again to reconfirm.
10 Press ENTER/OK to return to the Password Setup Page.
Notes:
- You can change the setup of parental control and load a
bcked disc with a valid password being entered.
- If you forget your password, you can enter the default
password 842100, then you con input your password after
lagging on.
1 Press STOPtwice.
2 Press SETUP to enter'the setup menu.
3 Press _ • to choose the PREFERENCE icon _.
AUDIO language
DVD discs are available with multiple audio languages.
Use this option to select the preferred default audio
language.
1 Press AT to highlight "AUDIO".
2 Enter the submenu by pressing •.
3 Hove the cursor by pressing A• to highlight the sdected
option.
") If you want to choose other languages, phase refer to
"If you choose "OTHERS"in AUDIO, SUBTITLE or DISC
MENU menu".
4 Press ENTER/OK.
5 Press _ to return to the Preference Page.
Note: Your DVD disc may not include the audio language
which you set in the AUDIO menu. If so, the player will use
another audio language instead.
SUBTITLE language
DVD discs are available with multEsubtJtle languages. Use
this option to select the preferred default subtitle
language,
1 Press A• to highlight "SUBTITLE".
2 Enter the submenu by pressing •,
3 Move the cursor by pressing A• to highlight the selected
option.

4 Press ENTER/OK,
5 Press 4 to return to the Preference Page,
Note: Your DVD disc may not include the subtitle which you
set in the SUBTITLE menu. If so, the player will use another
subtitle language instead.
