Repeatedly press
MENU-PROG to select from main menu and
then press MOVE + or - to display the selected menu. Remote
must be in TV mode to activate TV menu.
When one of the menus shown at the right appears, repeatedly
press MENU-PROG to select the function you want to adjust, then
press MOVE + or - to adjust it.
