Supporting multiple Inbox Management directories

If you have multiple ShareScan OP Services Managers, they can use the same Inbox Management
directory or use different directories.
If you configure all the Managers to point to the same Inbox Management directory, you only need
to enable one Inbox Agent. You may, however, choose to run multiple agents to provide fault
tolerance (in case a Services Manager is temporarily unavailable). If multiple agents respond to a
broadcast request, eCopy Desktop uses the first response, which is not a problem when all the
agents are returning the same path.
If you configure the Managers to point to different Inbox Management directories, you must
enable at least one Inbox Agent per location. In this situation, two agents may return different
inbox paths if the same user is registered in two lists. To avoid this situation, it is recommended
that all ShareScan OP Services Managers use the same Inbox Management directory.
