Cutting height motor screw dirty or

Rider tires not inflated equally or properly,

Mower drive belt slipping because it is oily
or worn,
Blades not properly fastened to arbors,
Engine speed to_ slow,

Cutting height set too low,

REMEDY
Thoroughly clean and lubricate cutting height crank
with oil,
Reconnect cutting height linkage
