(3) Exposure -
The negatively charged surface of the OPC drum is radiated with light from the LED head. The negative charge of the radiated portions of the drum
surface attenuates in response to the intensity of the light and a latent electrostatic image responsive to the potentials of the surface is formed on the drum
surface.
