68 Using the Remote Web Console GUI
Description
SIM reference code. When SIM reference codes are shown, you are required to resolve
the error. For details on how to resolve the error, see the HP StorageWorks
XP24000/XP20000 Snapshot User Guide or the HP StorageWorks XP24000/XP20000
Thin Provisioning Software User Guide.
The reference codes are:
601XXX and 602XXX (for XP Snapshot)
620XXX, 621XXX, 622XXX, 623XXX, and 630XXX (for XP Thin Provisioning)
where XXX indicates the pool ID.
The error level. When the status becomes other than Good, all SIMs must be completed
(resolved) from the SVP to restore the status to Good.
Good: No error occurs and the status is good.
Service: Does not require immediate attention and can be addressed during routine
maintenance.
Moderate: Does not require immediate attention and can be addressed during routine
maintenance.
Serious: Contact HP technical support. Follow up with technical support to verify that
the problem has been resolved. See
information.
Acute: Contact HP technical support. Follow up with technical support to verify that
the problem has been resolved. See
information.
Status of the SIM.
Complete: The SIM has been deleted from the SVP.
Not Complete: The SIM has not been deleted.
The date that the SIM occurred.
The total number of rows that are listed.
