▼ Power On the System

1. Log in to ILOM.
See "Log In to ILOM" on page
2. At the ILOM -> prompt, type:
-> start /SYS
Are you sure you want to start /SYS (y/n) ? y
Starting /SYS

Note – To force a power-on sequence, use the start -script /SYS command.

▼ Power Off the System

1. Shut down the Solaris OS.
At the Solaris prompt, type:
# shutdown -g0 -i0 -y
# svc.startd: The system is coming down. Please wait.
svc.startd: 91 system services are now being stopped.
