Printing Documents Securely

The "Security Print" function temporarily saves the print data in the memory of the
machine, and resumes printing after the user has entered a password on the control
panel of the machine. This enables you to prevent the content of printed documents being
seen by others before you retrieve the documents.
(1) Mr. A prints a document.

User registration must be performed in advanced to use the security print function. This
section describes the setting procedure using Windows Vista.

Select "Print" from the "File" menu of the application software.
The "Print" dialog box is displayed.

Select the driver to use in "Select Printer".

Click [Preferences].
The print settings dialog box is displayed.
