Adjusting

Basic adjustment of thread trimmer lever 2

–

Loosen screw 5.

–

Adjust for a distance of 18.5 mm between thread trimmer lever 2

and the front of throat plate 3.

–

Tighten screw 5.

Fine adjustment of thread trimmer lever 2

–

Loosen screw 5.

–

Adjust the hook knife 8 so that, in its right end position, the knife

edge 7 overlaps the cutting surface of the counter-knife 6.

–

Tighten screw 5.

Adjusting the counter-knife

Screws 9 can be used to adjust the position of the counter-knife for the

sewing threads in relation to the hook knife.

–

Turn the screws 9 accordingly.
