Switching and Controlling Cameras

By dragging the buttons in the pan, tilt and zoom bars, you have complete control over the camera.
If multiple cameras are connected to the camera server, you can use the camera selector bar to
switch the video image and camera control between cameras. Setting the backlight compensation
button to ON applies backlight compensation to the image. Click the button again to switch
backlight compensation off. If you have saved preset pan, tilt, zoom and backlight compensation
settings beforehand, you can select the saved preset settings from the preset selector bar.

Displaying the Status

"Camera selector bar" Selects the camera.
"Tilt scroll bar" Controls the camera tilt. You can use this
bar to change the angle of the camera in the up
and down directions.
"Zoom scroll bar" Controls the camera's zoom setting.
Moving the button up zooms in (telephoto), while
moving the button down zooms out (wide-angle).
"Backlight compensation button" Switches backlight
compensation on and off. This can be used to
good effect when the image is dark due to
backlighting.
"Pan scroll bar" Controls the angle of camera pan. You
can use this bar to change the angle of the
camera in the left and right directions.
"Preset selector bar" Selects preset camera angles.
Saving still images
If you position the mouse over the displayed image
and press the right mouse button, a drop-down menu
appears that allows you to copy, print or save the
image.
"Indicator" Shows the video display status.
This indicator is green when an image is
displayed and flashes during image updating.
"Camera status control window"
Displays the camera control status.
You do not have camera control privileges.
You are awaiting camera control privileges.
The queuing time is also shown.
You have been granted camera control privileges.
The remaining time for which you hold camera control privileges
is also shown.
You continue to hold camera control privileges.
You have been disconnected. The window is displayed in red.
