No, both are off.

Possible Reasons
The facility DC source is not
present.
The power enclosure DC
power cables are damaged
and may need to be
replaced.
The bus bar or power bus
box is damaged and may
need to be replaced.
Polarity is reversed because
cables are connected
improperly.
If the bus bar DC power LEDs are green and the polarity LEDs are off, refer to
Table C-5.

Possible Solutions
Do the following:
1.
Set the circuit breakers to off or open.
2.
Inspect the bus bar or power bus box for
unseated cables or damaged connectors.
3.
If no damage is found, set the circuit
breakers to on.
For an AC power source, be sure that the
hot-plug power supply configuration is correct.
For a facility DC power source, have a licensed
electrician do the following:

Inspect the facility power cables to be sure
they are properly connected to the system.
5.
Inspect your facility DC source to be sure
it is present (if applicable).
Refer to the ProLiant Servers Troubleshooting
Guide for further options.
If these solutions do not solve the problem,
contact an HP authorized service provider for
replacement parts and service.
For a facility DC power source, have a licensed
electrician be sure the facility DC power cables
are properly connected.
For a facility AC power source, be sure the
power enclosure DC power cables are properly
connected.
