Selecting a mailbox type
There are three types of mailboxes:
• — plays a greeting and
takes messages.
• —plays a
greeting; no opportunity to leave a
message.
• —provides the
opportunity to speak to a person
before leaving a message.
Normally used only when setting
the Auto Attendant feature (see
"Setting up Auto Attendant" on
page 40).
