Selecting the Printer Settings

Line Feed (LF) Action

This procedure instructs the machine what to do when it receives a linefeed code (0AH).

Access Page Set, refer to Number of Copies on page 2-19.

Press  or  to select LF Action and
press [Change #].
3 Select the desired interface tab.

Press the desired linefeed action.
LF only
CR and LF
Ignore LF
5 Press [Close] and returns to the Page Set screen.
6 Press [Close] and returns to the Printer menu screen.

Carriage-Return (CR) Action

This procedure instructs the machine what to do when it receives a carriage-return
(0DH).

2 Press  or  to select CF Action and
press [Change #].

Linefeed is performed (Default).
A linefeed and carriage return are performed.
The linefeed is ignored.
