Control Panel Switch and Indicator Definitions
Turns the system on, or returns it to standby..
Press to perform a warm boot of the system.
When lit green, indicates that the BIOS Power-On Self Test has passed,
and that the system has started the boot process.
When lit green, indicates that the DC voltages are on. It is connect to +5
volts.
When lit green, indicates that the system is plugged into a live AC outlet.
Normally off. When lit yellow, indicates that a component within the
system has failed or has lost its configuration. Also flashes yellow when
you use the Hardware Identification and Labeling Utility to locate this
particular server in a multi-server rack installation.
Displays information about system status and error conditions, including
POST error messages and codes. (POST messages and codes also
display on the system console.) In the case of fatal errors, error message
displays here for one minute before system shuts down automatically.
