Prints a cover page that you can then fill out and use for your faxes.

press press
Scans all the pages into memory before starting to send the fax. This

allows you to ensure that all pages are scanned properly, and you do

Press Menu, then 6, then 2.

Send Fax Later

press press
Allows you to schedule a fax to be sent later; for example, when the

phone rates are lower.
Menu
Press Menu then 6 then 3.

Enter the time you want the fax to be sent. Enter the recipient's fax
number, or press the One Touch button, or enter Speed Dial number
and press Start.
Press 1 to store the fax in memory to send it later. Load the fax in
the front tray and press Start.
Note:
prompted to either send fewer pages at a time or leave the fax in
the tray to be sent later.
Or...
Press 2 to send the fax later from the front tray. You may remove
the document to send other faxes, but be sure the document is
loaded prior to its scheduled send time.
To cancel a scheduled fax:
Press Menu, then 6, then 3 and follow the prompts.
