SPOT-AE

SPOT AE mode works in CAMERA mode only.
Use this function to adjust the exposure of the subject to obtain
better results when there is strong backlight or high contrast
between the subject and background, for example on seashores or
ski slopes.
1. Set the device to CAMERA and the power
switch to REC mode.
2. Press the SPOT AE(STOP) button.
The Icon ( ) is displayed on the
LCD screen.
3. Place the subject in the centre of AF frame
then press the Photo Button halfway down.
After focus is set, you will hear two beeps
and an icon that shows focus is fixed will
be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Press the Photo Button down fully to record a picture.
5. To exit SPOT AE Mode, press the SPOT AE Button again or turn it
off.

SPOT-AE (Spotmessung)

Die Spotmessung steht nur im CAMERA-Modus zur Verfügung.
Diese Funktion dient zur Einstellung der Blende für das Motiv, um
bei starkem Hintergrundlicht oder bei starkem Kontrast zwischen
Motiv und Hintergrund bessere Aufnahmeergebnisse zu erzielen,
z. B. an der Küste oder bei Aufnahmen im Schnee.

4. Um ein Foto aufzunehmen, drücken Sie die Taste PHOTO bis zum
Anschlag nach unten.
5. Um den SPOT AE-Modus zu verlassen, drücken Sie die Taste
SPOT AE erneut.
1. Aktivieren Sie den CAMERA-Modus, und
stellen Sie den Betriebsmodusschalter auf
REC.
2. Drücken Sie die Taste SPOT AE(STOP).
Das Symbol ( ) wird auf dem
LCD-Monitor angezeigt.
3. Richten Sie die Kamera so aus, dass sich
das Motiv in der Mitte des AF-Rahmens
befindet, und drücken Sie die Taste PHOTO
halb nach unten.
Wenn der Fokus eingestellt ist, ertönen
zwei akustische Signale und ein Symbol
wird auf dem LCD-Monitor angezeigt.
