Sometimes config file downloaded may cause the configdownload
command to crash.
After changing FID on HP StorageWorks 8/40 SAN Switch and then
performing switchenable, switchdisable, observed ASSERT.
HA cluster member node, HP StorageWorks Encryption SAN Switch
faults as a result of slot power cycling its HA cluster peer (HP Storage-

In B2E routed environment, when user executes pathinfo command
in BB querying for xlate domain, the switch may panic.
Observed kernel panic on a DC SAN Backbone Director in RTE module.
Switches leaking memory slowly over extended period while being
managed by DCFM.
Switchdisabling all switches in the fabric causing all HP Storage-
Works 4/256 SAN Director switches Out of Memory: Killed
process 2337 (iswitchd).
License problem observed after configdownload and QoS license
was checked for 4G platforms at CLI.
Unable to configure ports using configdownload.
Portcams and NS zonemembership data are missing for hard-zoned
ports.
Software was not enforcing a mandatory switch disable before config-
uring the backbone Fabric ID.

Disable the switch and then attempt
configdownload.

after enabling if it's coming up with
a new FID for the first time. Wait for
