Ensure that the blade is firmly
seated and either the
thumbscrew is fully engaged or
the slider is pushed up and the
ejectors are fully engaged..
Verify that the power LED is on.
Ensure that the blade is firmly
seated and check the status by
entering the slotShow
command. If LED remains
amber, consult the
PowerConnect B-DCX-4S
supplier.
Pull the blade out and reseat it.
If LED continues to flash,
replace the blade.
Check for out-of-bounds
environmental condition and
correct it.
