Symptom
Printer will not print,
or become Ready.
Abnormal operation,

Printer is ready but
will not print from the
computer correctly.

Action
Disconnect the interface cable from the printer and
turn the printer off and then back on. If POST now
runs correctly, the problem is in the computer or
interface cable.
